Kabarak University
Kabarak University was founded on 16th October, 2000 by His Excellency President Daniel Toroitich Arap Moi, the Second President of the Republic of Kenya and the Chancellor of the University. His Excellency President Moi wanted to set up a reputable Christian, Liberal Arts, Science, and Technology University. The University operated under a Letter of Interim Authority granted by the Government of Kenya and presented to the University by the Commission for Higher Education on 16th October 2000, therefore allowing the institution to award degrees. On 16th May, 2008 the University was awarded Charter by His Excellency President Mwai Kibaki, the third resident of the Republic of Kenya.
