One of the major function is to financially support to needy Kenyan students in institutions of higher learning both locally and abroad.

HELB Student Portal: How to Login?

To Sign into the HELB (Higher Education Loans Board) portal check the following steps below.

• Open your portal.helb.co.ke
• Check at the top menu, click on “Account Login”
• Now “HELB Extranet Login” page will open.
• Now Enter your “Email Address” and “Password”
• Finally, click on “Login”.

* Please ensure that you use a valid email address*

Unable to Login?

In case, you are unable to login into the “HELB Portal“, the Applicant Account Recovery tool will help you with the same. This recovery form is for users who want to recover their HELB Students’ Portal Credentials or change their ID. No., email, or password

• Open your portal.helb.co.ke
• Check at the top menu, click on “Account Login”
• Now “HELB Extranet Login” page will open.
• Below the form click on “Unable to Login”
• Now “Applicant Account Recovery” form will open..
• Now enter your “Select ID. No. Or Email and Enter The Corresponding Value”
• Finally, click on “Search Account” button.

Give:

1. The ID. No. or Email by which to recover your account or
2. The mistaken ID. No. or Email which you signed up with, or
3. Your ID. No. or Email which someone else mistakenly signed up with
